Discharge changing color after bad constipation

I am 27 weeks pregnant and just had a whopper of a week with having some weird, awful cramping (told doctor), them the next day diarrhea for two days (told doctor), and now going days without pooping (have not told doctor). I noticed my discharge started changing color and am wondering if that’s normal with constipation or if I should call the doctor again about possible infection? I have an appointment on the 7th for my glucose testing and am just not sure if I should wait for the appointment or not.

I feel like a loser for calling so much, but it’s my first and I don’t want to hurt her or myself.
