Need help!!!

My doctor prescribed me the prenate mini because I needed something small that I could easily take, but it’s so CHUNKY. I’m having a hard time getting it down and I was wondering if any of you ladies have or are taking that specific pill and if you have any tips or tricks!

This is what it looks like...do you think I could cut it in half? The amount of water I’m having to drink to get it down makes me almost throw up🤢
