Cramping 4 weeks

I’m 4 weeks pregnant did test and went to a clinic to double check and all came positive today I took dollar tree pregnancy test came back negative but had a faint line.. I had a miscarriage last year in April so finding out I’m pregnant now so excited but again so worried I’ve been cramping like af is going to show up I wipe and there’s like tiny brown discharge usually happens when I’m about to get AF my doctor can’t seee until next week so is it normal to cramp and see some brown discharge ohh an another think I never really had any implantation bleeding and I’m worried it didn’t stick. ☹️ I just really home this is my time again.. we really want a little baby 🌈
