I started loosing peices around 16 weeks. Im almost 30 weeks now and losing small peices daily.  It regenerates so its fairly normal. As long as your not bleeding or leaking fluid you are probably fine but if your worried then you should call the Dr for some peace of mind!

Looks like mucus plug to me but I wouldn’t worry about it because it regenerates so if some comes out it will probably just create more. If there is red blood though then that could be cause for concern.

The regenerate so don’t worry! I lost chunks of mine early with both my babies and they were full term. Fast labors though!
