TMI!!! HELP!!!

 so this morning I started my period, it was a week early, I mediately started feeling cramps as soon as I woke up. I went to the bathroom and saw that my underwear was full and I almost bled through on the bed. I jumped into a shower to kind of clean up a little bit, And when I got out I was gushing blood still. It was going down my leg it was dripping on the floor, and my cramps, back pain, and bloating is so bad. I’ve never bled this bad to have it drip down my leg and on the floor before. I’m almost 21 and I do have sex constantly, I live with my boyfriend. can someone just ease my mind and say this is kinda normal...
