How to teach my mom self care?

I'm not even that good at it myself, but she has been having a lot of ups and downs that past year or so and it's really taking a role on her mental health.

She has been taking care of others for nearly 3 decades. Our dogs, her husband, and her kids. Everyone, but herself. She told me she doesn't have time for that (she works a custodial job 30 hours a week) and I told her well she better make time because I don't like how she's been acting lately (we're straight up honest with each other).

Both of us have ADD or ADHD(idk which one but we both have a hard time paying attention and sitting still) so something like meditation isn't the answer. Idk what to do to help
