acne 😞

got diagnosed with acne today 😞 was in heavy denial 😭 although i knew my spots were getting worse i didn’t think i’d get prescribed medication straightaway, i just thought i’d get some kind of cream. my brothers both (younger and older) took acne medication with my older brother having severe acne going to hospital taking very strong medication for it which is why i made the appointment as a precaution. i thought at 20 i’d gotten lucky and the acne had skipped me but clearly not! i get horrible painful red spots on my checks that leave marks but thought natural treatment would help and was wrong 😔 glad i’ve gotten the necessary medication but hard to stay positive since i was in denial before but now it’s been confirmed! gotta love the skin that you’re in but there’s always something isn’t there 🙄
