melanoma?

I have a doctors appointment this coming Wednesday with a dermatologist. I am just curious what do you think, could it be a third nipple, or a normal mole, or does it look melanoma? Would you be concerned if you saw this?

Also it’s only raised on half of it, I have had this mole for a while now but it used to be a small little freckle now it’s this.. it’s under my left boob to the left..

It is a size of a pencil eraser so about 6mm and it doesn’t hurt just gets irritated very seldom
