HELP!!

I have been testing out my trigger shot. I am 10dpt and 9dpiui today. This morning my hpt was pretty much negative so I believe it is finally out of my system. However, I am starting to feel cramping this morning. Similar cramping I feel when my period is about to start. My period shouldn’t come until closer to cd 29 or 30 and I am cd 24. My CM was super creamy last night but now it’s dry down there. No other symptoms other than that.

What do you think this all means?
