Literally the worst

Anyone else have extremely bad nausea ? I’m 7weeks and have already been prescribed TWO different kinds of nausea medicine and yet today I still cannot keep anything down. No bread, crackers , water or anything. Idk what to do I’m literally lost and so tired of being sick all the time. I have 3 other children to keep up with and this is make in next to impossible. Anything anyone has to say could help. I’m MISERABLE AND cannot even eat.
