Help please

Jennifer

So I come on here once again for help off you ladies with my little one, he’s 6months old next week and exclusively breastfed. Up until about 3 weeks ago I could get him to sleep by feeding him in bed, then putting him in his crib next to me, he would wake up maybe 2/3 times in the night, feed and go straight back to sleep, that I could cope with and it didn’t bother me one bit. For the past few weeks he’s not been settling in bed with me, I have to walk around with him. He won’t settle for hours, then when I do get him in his crib (in my room) he wakes up like an hour later, and pretty much every hour after that. He also won’t resettle just by feeding him, I have to walk around with him for what feels like hours to resettle him. I feel awful, because I’m exhausted, it’s affecting my marriage, I just don’t know what’s wrong with him, I’ve tried teething gel, because he is teething at the minute. I’m feeding him a small amount of food a day, we are trying to follow a routine at the moment, we wake at 7am, short nap at 9.30, long nap at 12.30 (2 hours) mini nap at 4.30 (15-30 mins) solid food at 5.30, and he’s breastfed on demand.

Is this normal ? Will it pass ?

Thanks from one tired mum x
