Ovarian cysts

So I've had cysts cover my overies for the past year and a half now but the past two weeks for me have been hell I'm lost on what to do! It started off as a lump on my right side then cramping then I got severe diareah and vomitting now it's even worse its to the point where I can barely walk when I try to my legs feel like jelly and I'm leaking like a liquidy sticky black tar discharge and I keep getting horrible pressure pain in my back. I went to hospital Early this morning and I was severely dehydrated and suffering from fevers at first they thought I had and ectopic pregnancy but then they said it may be my ovarian cysts playing up and to go back up if anything worsens which has the discharge is basically gushing out of me and I'm not due for my period so I know it's not that...I'm so Lost on what to do please help. (Discharge is brown in photo due to poor camera quality but it's actually black)
