advice? BV and yeast infection

i’m on day three of my antibiotics to cure my BV (bacterial vaginosis) and now i’ve developed what seems to be a yeast infection. has anyone ever dealt with these things at the same time? this is my first time having both of them in general. can i treat my yeast infection while i’m still treating my BV? i’ll be on the antibiotics for four more days. any advice would be appreciated!
