Abnormal bleeding? Period out of wack? Help!

Alright ladies, I started the depo back in May of 2019 and received my last shot in July of 2019. I was then placed on the pill in October of 2019. I got my period November and December just fine and then I decided to quit birth control all together. Since then, my period (or bleeding in general?) Has been ALL over the place. One instance between February and April 2020 I bled for almost 12 days, stopped for maybe 4 and then bled again for another 8. It has been like that since February just different lengths. I didn't bleed at all in May. June 16th I started again and it ended the 21st. However I get to work today, 13 days after the last "cycle" and what do you know, it's back. 😑 It's bright red, not heavy, but definitely more than a medium spotting amount. I've been to the doctor and they haven't given me any answers other than my body is still processing the depo out....but it's been a year since I've recieved one...Anyone else going through or has gone through this?
