How did your man change?

How did your guy change after becoming a dad?? What did you notice different in him once you had a child? Emotionally, mentally, physically, anything!!

Absolutely nothing lol. He's a good dad as I expected but his flaws were the same and his good qualities were the same. Im sure some men change for the better but from what Ive seen from men around me most don't change and you can pretty much forsee how they will be before baby gets here.

He is amazing. Better than me honestly... he’s taken care of us both really well, and he handles stress much much better than me. I’ve been really anxious since he was born, esp in the last week to the point where I can barely enjoy being a parent, but he is really patient and just has a much easier time than me.

I worried we would clash in parenting styles, I prefer more of a positive parenting/safe space approach, he has gone right along with me even using the specific language without second guessing the decision and listens when I explain why I say or do a specific thing with our son. Watching him parent our now toddler is amazing, I love their bond.

Sometimes his patience runs shorter than itbuse to, but he's doing A LOT MORE. He's awesome with the extra responsibility
