Breastfeeding help!!!

I'm having the hardest time with my newborn. Shes 3 days old. She has jaundice and I'm trying to up her feeding cause its supposed to help. Well my girl wants nothing to do with my nipple and its breaking my heart. At the hospital she drank it well. But today she refused it all day. And only latched on for like 2 mins at her feedings and then stopped completely. I expressed some milk and she drank 2 oz. But that was it. Also this isn't my first baby, my first born was exclusively breastfed, she did great with it. But my new baby just is making me want to cry. pumping is out of the picture because it hurts me too much, I'm sensitive. Please give me all your tips. I'm full of milk and it hurts.
