Very late period... (45 days to be exact)

Ladies,

Let me start by saying that I have an IUD. I've had one for over a year now and for the most part, my periods have been regular.

For some reason, my period is late... 45 days late to be exact (this has never happened before). I've taken a pregnancy test every week and even gone to my OBGYN to be extra sure I'm not pregnant.

Have you experienced this before? What do you think is causing it?

I have lost weight in the last 3 months and been a bit more stressed than usual. Could that be it?

Also, the weirdest thing is that I get period cramps but no discharge...

Ughh help!
