35 days late with PCOS and endo

Hello ladies, I’m stumped I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis.

I am never more than a week late and it usually rarely happens I usually bleed most of the month very heavy and very painful periods.

I spotted two days after my last expected ovulation date but had no period at all.

My last period was 50 odd days ago but I’m about 35 days late from my expected period date.

I took 5 cheap tests when I was between 10 and 15 days late, they all came back negative so I expected my period to just show up however it hasn’t, I don’t know what to do or think should I test again or should I just assume it’s my PCOS or endo even though this hasn’t happened before ?

Sorry I don’t have many people to talk to about it.
