Pregnancy envy/jealousy

I dont want any hate, I want advice on how to cope with envy/jealousy when other people announce their pregnancies.

I had 2 losses in the last year or so and just got diagnosed with Asherman Syndrome so I have a long road ahead of me TTC.

I just feel like every week theres a pregnancy announcement or a birth in my circle/small town. Its really getting me depressed. I NEVER was a jealous envious woman but I can feel it inside me lately and I absolutely hate how I feel and who I have become.

Any advice on how to cope? 🥺
