Bf getting sympathy cramps?

So my period is due soon, and as usual, I had some light cramps a few days ago. I always get cramps the week before my period and usually they only last the first 2 days of my period once it starts.

I am a little late now, but right at the time my period was due my bf started getting cramps. He said it felt like he had to shit but couldn’t and that he felt gross and crampy and just bleh. He said it wasn’t like normal sickness and it felt like cramps! He felt them for about 24 hours off and on while I was also PMSing.

I’ve heard about guys getting sympathy symptoms during pregnancy but can period cycles do that too?

Lmao I’m also just thinking like what if I am pregnant and his body knew before I did. Plz don’t tell me that’s possible 🤣
