Please I need advice, might be TMI!!

Basically I’m gonna try to make this as short as possible, I have be battling with my doctor for over a year now, in a nutshell I have SEVERE period symptoms. They are consistent, always come when they’re supposed too. But I bleed so heavy, like I fill a pad an hour, day 1-3 I spend trying not to throw up the entire time from extremely painful cramps and I constantly pass normal to large size clots. And I can’t poop during my period because the pressure I feel while trying literally makes me jump off the toilet in pain.

I have done blood work, Pap tests, culture tests and my doctor has done a scope for endometriosis. All supposedly normal and okay. He just keeps telling me this is how my body is. I’ve had to go in for office visits so much that I can’t even afford it financially anymore.

I also had many large cysts at different times of both ovaries, one of which I had to get surgically removed. I know none of you are doctors and can give any actual medical advice but has anyone been in a similar situation? I’m also TTC with baby number two and had a miscarriage in 2018. I have a daughter that is perfectly healthy and so was the pregnancy in 2017. Someone please help me, I can’t go another month like this!!
