Baby refuses bottle

My son is 9 month old. I went back to work when he was three months and he took bottle just great (we used Comotomo bottle). Then quarantine started right before he turned 6 months and I had been home with him ever since and I exclusively breastfed him. Now I need to go back to work and he is just refusing the bottle. He doesn’t even try to suck on it, just chews the nipple and pushes it away when milk comes out of it. Has anybody had this happen to them? What worked for you to get your baby to take the bottle? I am going back to work in 6 days and I am becoming desperate. I tried: different flow nipple, different bottle (MAM), sippy cup with warm milk, bottle with cold milk, sippy cup with cold milk. Nothing worked so far.
