Worst time being sick anyone else?!

Is anyone else having the absolute worth sickness during first trimester?!😭😖 I am 7 week 5days and this is my second pregnancy. This one is by far worse and i can’t even get out of bed due to feeling so sick, so tired, so dizzy and even back and neck aches. Like what the heck! Anyone else in same boat have any insight on what I can do or how to help it? TIA

I’m sorry ur going through this it is the worse I can’t take it much longer .. I’m 9 weeks and I can’t do nothing not even work at the moment that’s how bad it is... I want it to stop! I’m hoping we don’t have to deal with this much longer!!

I just had to eat. Even when you don’t want to. If you don’t eat the nausea gets worse. Eating doesn’t stop the nausea but it helped me ease it a bit. I also found that ginger ale and sparkling water helped me. And try to throw up.... that also helped me.
