Accidentally ate expired cheese pregnant
I ate a a few pieces of Monterey Jack cheese today but later found out that it had expired 4 months ago. It was in the freezer so there wasn’t any mold on it. I’m stressed this will hurt my baby. I had probably 3 shreds of it.
