Did you use ball to induce labor?

If you felt like it helped induce labor, how far along were you when you started bouncing, and how long did you bounce for?

I think it helped. I had a sweep and then went home to bounce, had baby the next day. This pregnancy Im going to start bouncing around 36 weeks.

I bounced on it non stop and it didn’t even help me progress at all. I went into my induction at 1/2 a centimeter and 50% effaced

Ball doesn't technically help induce, just helps baby get into position and open you up for baby to go where it needs to.

I bounced on a yoga ball for my whole pregnancy. I would sit on it maybe a few hours a week because I thought it was really comfy to bounce on. Idk if it helped labor at all but I went into labor naturally at 37 weeks 4 days and had an easy labor.
