11 dpo and no symptoms at all

I swear I’m driving myself crazy. All I’ve had is a constant headache almost every single day. Nothing I take relieves it. I’ve had some cramping and really bad diarrhea. Other than that. Nothing. AF is due in 3 days, typically my boobs would be in so much pain but nothing. Literally nothing. Im losing hope. Its been 2 long years. I haven’t tested since I’m afraid to see another bfn. Someone give me some hope and positive stories !
