Labial adhesions?

So I was changing my baby's poopy diaper yesterday morning and cleaning around her labia to make sure there wasn't any poop in there and noticed that something didn't look quite right. I changed her diaper again yesterday evening (another poop) and looked more carefully and noticed that the opening to her vagina looked closed off. I searched Dr. Google and it said something about labial adhesions. My mom said that when I was a baby mine did the same thing and it was an easy fix. I'm currently waiting for the pediatricians office to open so I can call, but was wondering if anyone else's baby girl had had anything like this? It doesn't seem to bother her and it looks just like a thin layer of skin has covered her vagina. She's 7 months. It has to have happened fairly recently because I always try to make sure she stays clean in her private area because I'm terrified of her getting a UTI or something.
