Calories - IS THIS CORRECT?! 😱
My BMR = 655 + (4.35 x 151lbs) + (4.7 x 67inches) - (4.7 x 22).
BMR = 655 + 656.85 + 314.9
= 1626.75 - 103.4
= 1523.35
Calories = BMR x activity level
= 1523.35 x 1.55
= 2361.2
Do I seriously have to eat 2361.2 calories?
I’m 67inches, 151lbs, and I workout about 30-45 minutes five days a week weight training. Waiting for my walking machine to do 30 minutes of walking three days a week.
