Burning/itching when having sex! 😿

Hi ladies... so embarrassing.. but I don’t know what else’s to do. The Friday before last, I my husband and I had sex. And immediately afterwards I was burning like hell down there. Mind you, earlier I was checking my CM and I think I scratched myself by accident. Anyway, I called my doctor set up an appointment and did the plain yogurt trick... it still took 3 days before the burning stopped! And then I started my period! 🙄 Finally I got to my doctor, she prescribed me medication for a yeast infection. But when my results came back yesterday, she said there was no yeast infection and everything looked normal. So me and my husband tried having relations again last night, and it was uncomfortable, and the moment he finished I was on fire again! I had to soak in the bath tub... I don’t know what to do. And I need to figure it out before my fertile week next week! Has anyone gone through this or something similar? Should I just wait it out? HELP!!

EDIT: doctor also checked for STDs (gonorrhea and chlamydia) just to make sure. They were negative.
