Pelvic pain..

So I’ve been having pelvis discomfort for a couple of days. Like is not comfortable and kinda sore even when I walk. I don’t know what it is. Also, my nipples are sore and hurt when I touch them. My period is a day late so far. No signs of period yet. So I can’t say I could be pregnant. Should I make a doctors appointment about this? Or just see if it subsides?

Also I’ve never had this pelvic pin before. We are planning to get pregnant hopefully soon.
