IUI?!?!?!

So my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months now with no luck. We went and got his semen analyzed and turns out his semen clumps. I guess only 7% of men have this issue and there’s no cure. He’s been taking vitamins E and C as well as the Co Q-10 that the doctor said to take. His sperm count is normal though, it’s just that it’s clumping so they can’t swim were they need to go. The doctor said we could either wait and see if we get lucky or go in for an iui. What would you do?! Any tips??
