Infidelity

Long story short my husband cheated on me & had a whole baby while we were together before he left to go overseas the baby was born. A week after he left I found out I was pregnant. During my whole pregnancy I had nothing but stress from the other women who is also in the military that harassed me. New Years came my husband asked me for a divorce the whole time he was away he was suppose to be sending me money to take care of the kids & for me to have somewhere to stay at first he was giving me a lot then the amount of money started dropping to the point where I received $40 for one month. But he had no problem with paying for a divorce papers because I chose not to go to Korea with him due to the fact he cheated & I needed my space. He felt like I should’ve came out there to work things out but when I asked him to go to counseling he said no. Now he’s trying to fight for custody over my two kids not the newborn to have them because I won’t allow him to take them for a year because he was overseas for a year. How do I go about contacting his command if I don’t even know who they are? I had enough of the harassment from him & the other lady & I think he has someone else new without us even being divorced. I just want him to take care of his responsibilities without giving me a problem.
