1 Month on Beachbody, Great results!
I didn’t want to post this on my social media but I am super proud of these results & amazed that it’s only been a month into my fitness journey
The before pictures were me at my heaviest after just having baby no 2. Eating sweets every single day, soda almost everyday, sometimes I would eat 2-3 helpings of dinner even if I wasn’t hungry. I started the 21 day fix on Beachbody on demand & stopped with the sweets & soda. I do my work outs every morning while the kids hang out w me. I drink tons of water & eat tons of protein, fruit and veg. I still enjoy a treat here & there. ☺️
I’m not a member of a team, I’m not a coach who sells anything, I don’t even buy the expensive supplements & shakes 🤷🏻♀️ but I can honestly say in just a month i have a new outlook on food, my skin is more clear and I’m not sluggish anymore! Most of all I’m getting some confidence back !! I still have a long ways to go BUT for once I’m excited about fitness & clean eating ❤️ I really think I can get to my goals
