Throwing up and diaherrea - 38+4

Hey you lovely knowledgeable ladies out there.

I am a first time mom and I woke up this morning with a horrible pain in my stomach (I sometimes

get cramps in my colon if that makes any sense) around 6 am.

I went to the toilet and I was having diaherrea and throwing up at the same time. I called the midwife-center in my town and she told me to drink lots of fluids, get myself a Gatorade and etc. It has happened 7 times since then and it’s 2pm now - is this normal or should I be worried?

The belly gets hard from time to time and my lower back is killing me 😥

I felt the baby move this morning but not too much in the afternoon.
