Delivery Anxiety (Csection)

I am schedule for a csection this Monday. While I’m ecstatic to get this done and over with. This will be my third csection. The issue is that I’ve had a bad history when it comes to csections- the actual procedure itself. The first one was a hot mess and it was an emergency. The second one the spinal didn’t work correctly so I was feeling them start to cut me up. The anesthesiologist ended up giving me a dosage to knock me out for a good portion of the csection but I woke up mid surgery in pain and they had to do it again.

Anyway, last night I barely slept. I woke up with massive anxiety about the procedure itself and I couldn’t get my brain to shut up. I’m barely on any sleep and I was hoping for some words of encouragement.
