Pulled back 😢
So I picked up my son from his cot this morning and pulled my back, the pain is excruciating. Luckily I've managed to take care of my son all morning on my own but I'm in severe pain.
I feel so guilty though as I've not been able to play and be all happy, he's now gone down for his nap and his daddy home soon.
Anyone else had this problem? Im actually considering going to hospital ðŸ˜
