He is exclusively breastfeed and the past two days he has only pooped once and it has been big diapers like this and looked like this in texture. It’s been so much that it’s gone out of his diaper and onto his clothes. Is this normal?

Totally normal! My girls look exactly like that and often blows out of the diaper. I find it depends on how she's sitting if they go out of the diaper, mostly of she's laying on her back it's all contained in the diaper but if she's sitting in her carseat or swing it's blowing out the sides lol
