Attention mothers and fathers of 3 - or people who grew up in a family of 3- How bad was it - is it?

I have a surprise baby #3 coming in November and really did not plan on having anymore and now I’m stressed someone isn’t going to have a play mate 😭 
My oldest will be 6 and my second will be 3 so I’m just scared of the age gap to be honest. 
How bad was it for you?

I’m the youngest of 3 and we’re all very close as adults. We were as kids also, but not AS close because of the age differences. I also have 3 kids and I love it ❤️

If I was in your situation, I would plan to have a fourth.
I am the middle child of three. I vowed from a young age that I would NEVER ever have three children. It's 2 or 4 for me.  Being the middle of 3 kids was awful and definitely shaped my personality in a negative way (first world problem for sure- could have been much worse). Obviously as an adult I am able to put some of that behind me, but some of that is very much a part of who I am.

I grew up with 2 siblings and it was rough. There was no structure and mom dipped out. As long as you have structure and partner you will be fine

I have two younger siblings a sister and a brother. My mom said it was a nightmare, we all Fight a lot and one of us was always left out.  my sister got it the worst she’s the middle child and always felt that she wasn’t as special as my brother or me. I was the first born and my grandparents First grandchild and was their favourite and it showed and my brother was my moms baby boy and I she has a very special bond with him and he was the one everyone would pay more attention too because baby’s get all the attention. And my sister alway got My hammy downs but me and my brother always got new clothes and shoes.

I grew up with 2 sisters and it wasn’t that bad. My younger sister is a 1 1/2 years younger, I’m the middle child and my oldest sister is 2 years older than me. I myself have 3 kids, all girls. My oldest is 12, middle is 9, and youngest is about to be 2. They all have a blast together despite the age difference.
