Being lazy costs calories 😤

I just need to vent about my breakfast.

I am currently trying to lose weight by tracking my calories. It’s going well! Then this morning I woke up, it’s a lazy Saturday morning. I had no motivation to cook up egg whites so I thought, I’ll just make toast. It’s quick, simple, I may not have any protein but as long as I stay within my calorie limit I am fine.

Stupid me didn’t enter in the food to visually see how many calories it was before eating it.

400 CALORIES!!!!! 400 CALORIE BREAKFAST!!! Wtf! And it was just toast and coffee. I’ll be hungry in an hour. 🤬

Ugh!!!!

I understand it is still a normal sized meal but when I snack like the damn Cookie Monster I really need my “meals” to stay between 200-300 calories so I can still enjoy my snacks. Basically this meant no morning snack which has me throwing a tantrum like I am two
