Question for women induced at 37 weeks

Ladies this is my third and likely final pregnancy. My prior two were full term deliveries, healthy babies, uncomplicated pregnancies other than Severe HG. Of course every pregnancy is different. I’ve been having high blood pressures this pregnancy, I’ve been tested for preeclampsia several times to rule it out and I’ve been lucky. But a week ago I started getting persistent headaches and higher blood pressures. Did one more preeclampsia lab and now proteins are high. Not dangerous yet so that’s good. I’m 36 weeks tomorrow and I was told just to monitor my blood pressures and headaches, go in to l&d if I have a high blood pressure and that we will be trying to keep baby boy in til 37 weeks at least. I hoping a little longer but I won’t put him in danger. How many of you ladies were induced at 37 weeks, had safe deliveries, healthy babies? What if any nicu stay? All things considered he has been measuring nearly two weeks ahead so I’m hoping gestationally maybe he’s actually a bit more full term than we think. TIA.
