When is a good time

I am 4 weeks and 2 days. I got my first blood work results and it was 16 so I have to go back Monday and get another one done just to make sure it’s going up. I keep taking tests to make sure the line is getting darker and it forsure is. My moms birthday is July 25th. And I really wanna tell her. When is the best time to tell family?

A year ago today I had my first miscarriage and i got excited to fast and told my mom 2 days before her birthday and I lost it on her birthday and I lost my other one on Christmas the same year. So we are a little cautious
