Kinda back pain?

Question

So I am 12 weeks (looked at my claritest and my due date was a little further) and I’m kinda getting a cramped feeling in my lower back on my right side it kinda feels as if I need to crack it or some sort is this normal? Cause I’m freaking out

I don’t think it’s anything alarming unless it’s excruciating pain. I just hit 9 weeks 1 day ago and when was 6.5-8weeks, I had really uncomfortable feeling in my lower back as if I needs to crack but won’t. It got better over time and not as bad now (still happens) but I put a hot pack wrapped in a towel (so it’s not too hot)  on my back when it got really uncomfortable.
Everyone is different tho, if you’re really concerned, call your doctor :)
