No fetal pole detected

I've posted about this a few days ago but I'm hoping to get more answers as I've been a wreck since my last ultrasound. I went in and they said I am early 6 weeks with a gestational sac of 17 mm and a yolk sac showing and no fetal pole detected. They also said i have a tilted uterus. Im wondering if anyone has any positive stories after experiencing this or is all hope lost ? My doctor is being optimistic but I've also read that when the sac is between 16-20 mm without a fetal pole present it can be a suspected blighted ovum 😭
