Is feeling hot or overheated a symptom of pregnancy?

I am 10 dpo and feeling very hot, especially in my face and behind my eyes. It’s a strange feeling I haven’t felt before. Anyone experience something similar?

I had hot flashes early on (whole first trimester) and i still get them Occasionally in my third trimester.
