Pregnancy not the same

This is my third pregnancy, I had 2 girls prior to this one. Anyways,with both my girls I was incredibly nauseous and throwing up frequently by this point (I’m currently 5 weeks 5days) and I had terrible breakouts. This pregnancy I have moments where I’m a little nauseous, but no where near throwing up. And no breakouts either. It’s making me nervous, should I be a little concerned or counting my blessings I feel better this time around?
