Need help with bottles

Ok I had baby #3 4 weeks ago and I’m lost on what bottle to try next. I have tried to use the Kiinde system (which is what I used with #2 and I loved it) but this baby won’t even try to drink from it. I then tried the bottle that came with my spectra (wasn’t expecting the Kiinde to not work for us) and the spectra slow flow was still wayyyy to much. She has bad reflux so it made her gag and vomit. So while she took the spectra bottle it was just too much. SOO where do I go from here? Lol. It seems as if she is picky anyway as she won’t even take pacifiers. I have looked at bottles but don’t know which is best for picky breastfed only babies that have reflux. Help!

This is the only one mine would drink out of. The smallest size nipple let out the right amount of milk and not too much like some of the others I tried.

My baby girl decided to get super picky all of a sudden at 3 months. I had been using dr browns premie nipples on cheap parents choice bottles. I got a mam sample bottle from somewhere that had a size 0 nipple. She took to it right away. Like with a lot of bottles, the slowest flow is separate. Baby girl hardly needed to burp with these bottles 
It looks like you can use any wide mouth bottle nipple on the spectra bottle. Avent natural’s slowest flow is 0 (bottles come with 0+) so u you you could try a nipple before buying the bottles since they are separate anyway

My 4th used these. She choked and gagged a lot at first. I had many sleepless nights with her. Shes 10mos now. These were the only bottles she could drink from. I tried avent, tommee tippee, nursh, plain Walmart brand... they all made her choke and gag and spit up so bad... good luck!

These are the ones my daughter used along with the pacifiers. She also had reflux and what I did was that I bought her one of the wedge pillows you put under the crib mattress so she could be a little upright when she had her bottle and would follow up the bottle with a Dr. Brown’s  pacifier for a few minutes and that would help make sure the milk made its way down. This made the reflux stop. Hopefully this helps. Here’s what the wedge pillow looks like under the crib mattress.

We use everything in the nuk range including the dummies. We were using tommie tippee but our girl would hate the dummy and immediately spit it out and the bottles she would dribble and choke on them. 
We found this brand so good and love the bottle shape compared to tommie tippie ones as you can actually see if she dribbles or spits milk but she barely does with these ones. 
The teat shape seems to be really good too

I know you asked about bottles but you said acid reflux and I must stress that I did the bottles which helped a lot but pairing the better bottles with this my baby actually slept better. 
Individuals with acid reflux and GERD sleep proper up so the reflux doesn’t act up when laying down well now think how babies sleep due their still learning how do everything.

If you really like the kiinde bottle, but baby needs a different nipple you can purchase the pump adapter and put the bottle screw on it with the nipple instead of the pump. I've tried it with the avent bottle and the spectra pump adapter.
