Wtf is wrong with me

I woke up this morning with regular diarrhea then I thew up. Now I just have the runs but I've never had it this bad before like its literally like im peeing out if my but. Im not over exaggerating. Sorry if its tmi but this has been going on for a hour straight ive taken pepto and still hasn't helped. Is this just part of a normal stomach bug. I've never had the runs this bad in my life
