Could i be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex day 12 of cycle three days before ovulation. I am now on cycle day 22 and my period is due in eight days. I have been feeling nauseous and my boobs hurt every day. I also started spotting on day 21-22 . I have also been feeling this tightening feeling in my lower stomach area. I will attach a pic of The spotting and tell me if it’s implantation bleeding.
