My Husband and I have a cordial relationship with our neighbors but they have a 10 y/o daughter that have a out place behavior she have no respect for her mom, in the past she just come to my house uninvited when my husband is working outside or jus hanging most of the time with his cousins or friends all males, she likes to be around them so I ask my husband to talk to her Dad about it and made him see that is not correct that she come when is only my husband and/ or only males around so that situation stop

But today we install a above the ground pool and obviously we wanted to enjoy some family time with my brother sister in law and nieces so out of no where this little girl call me from her mom cell asking if the pool was ready I told her that yes but I was taking care of my nieces so I can't take care of her too, then the little girl demand to have my husband number to call him and ask him if she can come I jus handle the phone to my husband to tell her no but the call disconnect according to my husband so I call her Mom and explain her the nicest way possible that I can't have her over because I'm not going to be taking care of her and leave my nieces unattended

Can you give any advice in how talk to my neighbor about her behavior without causing drama ( they have their own above the ground pool at their house a smaller one but they have one)
