I have a question

This is very imbaressing but I have a very weird question. Whenever I stand up discharge ig runs down my leg. And even sometimes if I pass gas then a lot comes out. I’m not turned on or anything just doing normal stuff. Does anyone know what this means or has this happened to y’all and it has been happing for like 2 or 3 days
